Anti-hEndo antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the hEndo antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MANEA gene, which encodes mannosidase endo-alpha. The human version of hEndo has a canonical amino acid length of 462 residues and a protein mass of 53.7 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebellum, tonsil, and bone marrow. hEndo is a member of the Glycosyl hydrolase 99 protein family.
