Anti-CYSLTR antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CYSLTR antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CYSLTR1 gene, which encodes cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1. This protein is known to function in the transport of ions and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CYSLTR has a canonical amino acid length of 337 residues and a protein mass of 38.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the spleen, skin, lung, esophagus, and bone marrow.
