Anti-C-C CKR-6 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target C-C CKR-6 is a known alias name of the protein C-C motif chemokine receptor 6, encoded by the CCR6 gene in humans. This 374-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for the C-C type chemokine CCL20. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the tonsil, spleen, lymph node, bone marrow, and appendix. Other synonyms for C-C CKR-6 include BN-1 and CC-CKR-6. These C-C CKR-6 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
