Anti-GRG3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GRG3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TLE3 gene, which encodes TLE family member 3, transcriptional corepressor. This protein is known to function in organ morphogenesis and the regulation of Wnt signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of GRG3 has a canonical amino acid length of 772 residues and a protein mass of 83.4 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cervix, vagina, and cerebellum. Other names for this target antigen include ESG and ESG3.
