Anti-GAREM antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GAREM antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GAREM1 gene, which encodes GRB2 associated regulator of MAPK1 subtype 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of cell proliferation and the regulation of the ERK1 and ERK2 signaling cascade, among other biological roles. The human version of GAREM has a canonical amino acid length of 876 residues and a protein mass of 97.2 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. GAREM is a member of the GAREM protein family. Indicated applications for GAREM antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
