Anti-hADA2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the hADA2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TADA2A gene, which encodes transcriptional adaptor 2A. This protein is known to function in chromatin remodeling and the cell cycle, among other biological roles. The human version of hADA2 has a canonical amino acid length of 443 residues and a protein mass of 51.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. Other names for this target antigen include ADA2, ADA2A, and KL04P.
