Anti-HAN11 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HAN11 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DCAF7 gene, which encodes DDB1 and CUL4 associated factor 7. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of HAN11 has a canonical amino acid length of 342 residues and a protein mass of 38.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, thyroid gland, and adrenal gland. Other names for this target antigen include AN11 and SWAN-1. Indicated applications for HAN11 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
