Anti-GMRP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GMRP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the BTBD10 gene, which encodes BTB domain containing 10. This protein is known to play an important role as an activator of AKT family members by inhibiting PPP2CA-mediated dephosphorylation, thereby keeping AKTs activated. The human version of GMRP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 475 residues and a protein mass of 53.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for GMRP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
