Anti-Crag antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Crag antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the AGAP3 gene, which encodes ArfGAP with GTPase domain, ankyrin repeat and PH domain 3. This protein is known to function in GTPase activation, among other biological roles. The human version of Crag has a canonical amino acid length of 875 residues and a protein mass of 95 kilodaltons, although 6 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Crag is a member of the Centaurin gamma-like protein family. Indicated applications for Crag antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
