Anti-DPPL2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DPPL2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PLPP4 gene, which encodes phospholipid phosphatase 4. This protein is known to function in the metabolism of lipids, among other biological roles. The human version of DPPL2 has a canonical amino acid length of 271 residues and a protein mass of 30.4 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in the testis, hippocampus, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and caudate. DPPL2 is a member of the PA-phosphatase related phosphoesterase protein family. Indicated applications for DPPL2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
