Anti-CCSP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CCSP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CEMIP gene, which encodes cell migration inducing hyaluronidase 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of cell migration, among other biological roles. The human version of CCSP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 1361 residues and a protein mass of 153 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, ER, cytoplasm, and is secreted of cells. CCSP1 is a member of the CEMIP protein family. Indicated applications for CCSP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
