Anti-hnRNP A0 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the hnRNP A0 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HNRNPA0 gene, which encodes heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A0. This protein is known to function in inflammatory response pathways and mRNA processing, among other biological roles. The human version of hnRNP A0 has a canonical amino acid length of 305 residues and a protein mass of 30.8 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types.
