Anti-CSP2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CSP2 is a known alias name of the protein regulator of calcineurin 2, encoded by the RCAN2 gene in humans. This 197-amino acid residue protein is reported to inhibit calcineurin-dependent transcriptional responses by binding to the catalytic domain of calcineurin A. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in fibroblasts, heart, brain, liver, and skeletal muscle but not in the placenta, lung, kidney and pancreas. Other synonyms for CSP2 include DSCR1L1 and MCIP2. Indicated applications for CSP2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
