Anti-CBF1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CBF1 is a known alias name of the protein recombination signal binding protein for immunoglobulin kappa J region, encoded by the RBPJ gene in humans. This 500-amino acid residue protein is a reported transcriptional regulator that plays a central role in Notch signaling, a signaling pathway involved in cell-cell communication that regulates a broad spectrum of cell-fate determinations. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. The term AOS3 is another synonym for CBF1. Western Blot is the most common application for the CBF1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
