Anti-EPPK antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target EPPK is a known alias name of the protein keratin 9, encoded by the KRT9 gene in humans. This 623-amino acid residue protein is believed to serve an important special function either in the mature palmar and plantar skin tissue or in the morphogenetic program of the formation of these tissues. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the terminally differentiated epidermis of palms and soles. Indicated applications for EPPK antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
