Anti-ERj3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ERj3 is a known alias name of the protein DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B11, encoded by the DNAJB11 gene in humans. This 358-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein folding, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for ERj3 include ABBP-2, ABBP2, and DJ9.
