Anti-dJ281H8.4 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The dJ281H8.4 antigen is another term for the human protein small ubiquitin like modifier 4, encoded by the SUMO4 gene. The protein is reported to be a ubiquitin-like protein, which can be covalently attached to target lysines as a monomer. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 95 residues and a mass of 10.7 kilodaltons. and it is notably expressed in adult and embryonic kidney. The dJ281H8.4 protein is a member of the Ubiquitin protein family.

This is used for in vitro translation activity detection. Cells transfected for 24h were collected and the samples were stained with this antibody, and then a PE secondary antibody was used. The positive percentage of cells in the transfected samples was about 99%, and the effect was very good.

After transfecting the mRNA into the cells, cells were collected for 24 hours and stained with this antibody, and then stained with a PE-labeled secondary antibody. After staining, flow cytometry showed that the positive percentage of the transfected cells was as high as 98%.
