Anti-BTF3b antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target BTF3b is a known alias name of the protein basic transcription factor 3, encoded by the BTF3 gene in humans. This 206-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in in utero embryonic development and protein transport, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for BTF3b include BETA-NAC and BTF3a.
