Anti-DER3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DER3 is a known alias name of the protein synoviolin 1, encoded by the SYVN1 gene in humans. This 617-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in immature B cell differentiation and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER of the cell and features N-glycosylated and ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for DER3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
