Anti-BETA2AR antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target BETA2AR is a known alias name of the protein adrenoceptor beta 2, encoded by the ADRB2 gene in humans. This 413-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in brown fat cell differentiation and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the Golgi and cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated, ubiquitinated, palmitoylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for BETA2AR include ADRB2R, ADRBR, and B2AR. Western Blot is the most common application for the BETA2AR antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
