Anti-PRRP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PRRP is a known alias name of the protein prolactin releasing hormone, encoded by the PRLH gene in humans. This 87-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in fat cell differentiation and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features post-translational modifications. The term PRH is another synonym for PRRP.
