Anti-PFM2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PFM2 is a known alias name of the protein PR/SET domain 5, encoded by the PRDM5 gene in humans. This 630-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chromatin organization and the cell cycle, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be widely expressed with highest levels in colon and ovary. Other synonyms for PFM2 include BCS2 and BCS2. Indicated applications for PFM2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
