Anti-ILT7 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ILT7 is a known alias name of the protein leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor A4, encoded by the LILRA4 gene in humans. This 499-amino acid residue protein is reported to function coreceptor to limit the innate immune responses to viral infections; signaling occurs via FCER1G. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the testis, spleen, and lymph node. Other synonyms for ILT7 include CD85g and CD85g. Indicated applications for ILT7 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
