Anti-PGR1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PGR1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PTGR1 gene, which encodes prostaglandin reductase 1. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of PGR1 has a canonical amino acid length of 329 residues and a protein mass of 35.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. PGR1 is a member of the NADP-dependent oxidoreductase L4BD protein family. Indicated applications for PGR1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
