Anti-Nesprin-3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Nesprin-3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SYNE3 gene, which encodes spectrin repeat containing nuclear envelope family member 3. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and the regulation of cell shape, among other biological roles. The human version of Nesprin-3 has a canonical amino acid length of 975 residues and a protein mass of 112.2 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and ER of cells and notably expressed in the skin and testis. Nesprin-3 is a member of the Nesprin protein family. Indicated applications for Nesprin-3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
