Anti-Fbx18 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Fbx18 is a known alias name of the protein F-box DNA helicase 1, encoded by the FBH1 gene in humans. This 1043-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for Fbx18 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry.
