Anti-BRN1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the BRN1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the POU3F3 gene, which encodes POU class 3 homeobox 3. This protein is known to function in nervous system development, among other biological roles. The human version of BRN1 has a canonical amino acid length of 500 residues and a protein mass of 50.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in the seminal vesicle, kidney, and epididymis. This target antigen may also be known as OTF8. Indicated applications for BRN1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
