Anti-ETA-1 Antibody Products

Anti-ETA-1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ETA-1 antigen is another term for the human protein secreted phosphoprotein 1, encoded by the SPP1 gene. The protein is known to function in cell adhesion and inflammatory response pathways, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 314 residues and a mass of 35.4 kilodaltons. It is a secreted protein and it is notably expressed in cerebrospinal fluid and urine. The ETA-1 protein is a member of the Osteopontin protein family. Other alias names for ETA-1 include BNSP, BSPI, and ETA-1. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ETA-1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
