Anti-CD329 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD329 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SIGLEC9 gene, which encodes sialic acid binding Ig like lectin 9. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CD329 has a canonical amino acid length of 463 residues and a protein mass of 50.1 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in the spleen, skin, and bone marrow. This target antigen may also be known as CDw329.
