Anti-VSIG10L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 10 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 867 amino acid residues and a mass of 91.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in the esophagus, particularly in the suprabasilar layers of the epithelium. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 10-like and VSIG10-like protein. VSIG10L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for VSIG10L antibodies listed below include Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
