Anti-ANKRD37 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ankyrin repeat domain 37. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 158 amino acid residues and a mass of 16.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. It is reported to be mainly expressed in the testis, small intestine, colon, blood leukocytes and in pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells. Post-translational modifications have been described, including ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein binding protein, low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 2-binding protein, and ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 37. ANKRD37 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some ANKRD37 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
