Anti-PYST2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PYST2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DUSP7 gene, which encodes dual specificity phosphatase 7. This protein is known to function in MAPK cascade signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of PYST2 has a canonical amino acid length of 419 residues and a protein mass of 45 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the appendix and cerebellum. PYST2 is a member of the Protein-tyrosine phosphatase protein family.
