Anti-MNAB antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MNAB antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RC3H2 gene, which encodes ring finger and CCCH-type domains 2. This protein is known to function in limb development and lung development, among other biological roles. The human version of MNAB has a canonical amino acid length of 1191 residues and a protein mass of 131.7 kilodaltons, although 6 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the gallbladder and kidney.
