Anti-HEN1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HEN1 is a known alias name of the protein nescient helix-loop-helix 1, encoded by the NHLH1 gene in humans. This 133-amino acid residue protein is believed to serve as DNA-binding protein and may be involved in the control of cell-type determination, possibly within the developing nervous system. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Indicated applications for HEN1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
