Anti-TXNDC4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TXNDC4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ERP44 gene, which encodes endoplasmic reticulum protein 44. This protein is known to function in protein folding, among other biological roles. The human version of TXNDC4 has a canonical amino acid length of 406 residues and a protein mass of 47 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as PDIA10. Indicated applications for TXNDC4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
