Anti-NUDT12 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein nudix hydrolase 12. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 462 amino acid residues and a mass of 52.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family, NUDT12 is known to be involved with metabolic processes. Synonyms for this target antigen include NADH pyrophosphatase NUDT12, deNADding enzyme NUDT12, nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X-type motif 12, nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 12, and NAD-capped RNA hydrolase NUDT12. NUDT12 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some NUDT12 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
