Anti-SALF antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SALF is a known alias name of the protein stonin 1, encoded by the STON1 gene in humans. This 735-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in the endocytic machinery. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types.
