Anti-PTRHD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 140 amino acid residues and a mass of 15.8 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the PTH2 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include putative peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase PTRHD1 and peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase domain-containing protein 1. PTRHD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the PTRHD1 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
