Anti-CRP2BP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CRP2BP is a known alias name of the protein lysine acetyltransferase 14, encoded by the KAT14 gene in humans. This 782-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the ATAC complex, a complex with histone acetyltransferase activity on histones H3 and H4. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in skeletal muscle, heart, lung, placenta, brain, liver, pancreas and kidney. Indicated applications for CRP2BP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
