Anti-AF9 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target AF9 is a known alias name of the protein MLLT3 super elongation complex subunit, encoded by the MLLT3 gene in humans. This 568-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in hematopoietic stem cell differentiation and the regulation of Wnt signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. The term YEATS3 is another synonym for AF9. Indicated applications for AF9 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
