Anti-HAI1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HAI1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SPINT1 gene, which encodes serine peptidase inhibitor, Kunitz type 1. This protein is known to function in epidermis development and extracellular matrix organization, among other biological roles. The human version of HAI1 has a canonical amino acid length of 529 residues and a protein mass of 58.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein. This target antigen may also be known as HAI. Indicated applications for HAI1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
