Anti-RAP1GA1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RAP1GA1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RAP1GAP gene, which encodes RAP1 GTPase activating protein. This protein is known to function in GTPase activation and adaptive immune responses, among other biological roles. The human version of RAP1GA1 has a canonical amino acid length of 663 residues and a protein mass of 73.4 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi and membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for RAP1GA1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
