Anti-RPA135 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RPA135 is a known alias name of the protein RNA polymerase I subunit B, encoded by the POLR1B gene in humans. This 1135-amino acid residue protein is a member of the RNA polymerase beta chain protein family. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Western Blot is the most common application for the RPA135 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
