Anti-SRG1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SRG1 is a known alias name of the protein MON1 homolog B, secretory trafficking associated, encoded by the MON1B gene in humans. This 547-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in vesicle-mediated transport, among other biological processes. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
