Anti-RPUSD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RNA pseudouridine synthase domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 312 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.8 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the Pseudouridine synthase RluA protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include RNA pseudouridylate synthase domain containing 1, ribosomal large subunit pseudouridine synthase C-like protein, and RNA pseudouridylate synthase domain-containing protein 1. RPUSD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the RPUSD1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
