Anti-CC2D2B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil and C2 domain containing 2B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1437 amino acid residues and a mass of 166.8 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the bone marrow and testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein CC2D2B and uncharacterized protein C10orf131. CC2D2B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. A number of CC2D2B antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
