Anti-HT29-IGFBP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HT29-IGFBP is a known alias name of the protein insulin like growth factor binding protein 4, encoded by the IGFBP4 gene in humans. This 258-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in inflammatory response pathways and MAPK cascade signaling pathways, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for HT29-IGFBP include BP-4 and IBP4. Western Blot is the most common application for the HT29-IGFBP antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
