Anti-NOLA1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NOLA1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GAR1 gene, which encodes GAR1 ribonucleoprotein. This protein is known to be required for ribosome biogenesis and telomere maintenance. The human version of NOLA1 has a canonical amino acid length of 217 residues and a protein mass of 22.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as H/ACA ribonucleoprotein complex subunit 1.
