Anti-ZNF585A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 585A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 769 amino acid residues and a mass of 88 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF585A is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF585A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF585A antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
