Anti-FAM101B antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FAM101B antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RFLNB gene, which encodes refilin B. This protein is reported to be involved in regulation of the perinuclear actin network and nuclear shape through interaction with filamins. The human version of FAM101B has a canonical amino acid length of 214 residues and a protein mass of 22.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the tonsil, spleen, and bone marrow. FAM101B is a member of the Refilin protein family.
